Throughout the session, you’ll work with a live sourdough starter, understand the science of fermentation, and gain tips for maintaining your starter at home. Each participant will go home with their own handmade loaf, a portion of sourdough starter, and the confidence to continue baking at home. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced baker, this workshop offers a warm, welcoming environment to master the time-honored tradition of sourdough bread making.
Cost is $25.00 a person with a minimum of 5 people per workshop.
